What to include in a support request
To help us understand the issue, please include as much of the following information as you can:
- Your device model, such as iPhone or iPad model
- Your iOS or iPadOS version
- The ListWise app version, if available
- A short description of what you were trying to do
- What happened instead
- Whether the issue happens every time or only sometimes
- A screenshot, if it helps explain the problem
ListWise data and iCloud
ListWise is designed to use Apple technologies such as CloudKit and iCloud for syncing and collaboration. Shared data and syncing may depend on your Apple Account, iCloud settings, device settings, network connection, and Apple service availability.
Purchases and unlocks
ListWise may include a 14-day Welcome period followed by a one-time payment to unlock continued use. Purchases and refunds are handled through Apple’s App Store and StoreKit systems.
If you have trouble with a purchase, restore, or unlock status, please include the device model, app version, and a short description of the issue in your email.
Privacy
ListWise does not use advertising, does not track you across apps or websites, and does not sell your data. You can read the full Privacy Policy here: ListWise Privacy Policy.
Known status
ListWise is being prepared for wider testing and release. Some features, wording, screenshots, and support information may change before release.
