These Terms of Use explain the basic conditions for using ListWise, an app developed and provided by 50Cabbages.com.

About ListWise

ListWise is designed to help individuals, households, and small groups create, organise, maintain, and share everyday lists. It may be used for shopping, packing, inventory, gardening, storage, household tasks, and similar personal productivity purposes.

Welcome period and unlock

ListWise may include a 14-day Welcome period. During this period, you may use the app to evaluate whether it suits your needs.

After the Welcome period ends, a one-time payment may be required to unlock continued use of the app. Unlocking ListWise gives access to the app as provided at the time of unlocking, subject to these terms.

Purchases, refunds, and StoreKit

Purchases are handled through Apple’s App Store and StoreKit systems. ListWise does not process payment card details directly.

Refund requests and purchase-related account issues are handled according to Apple’s App Store policies and processes.

No guaranteed future updates

ListWise is provided on an “as is” basis. Unlocking the app does not guarantee that future features, upgrades, compatibility changes, or ongoing updates will be provided.

We may choose to improve, update, modify, or remove features over time, but no specific future feature or update is promised by these terms.

iCloud, CloudKit, and sharing

ListWise may use Apple technologies such as iCloud and CloudKit to support syncing and collaboration between devices and invited users.

Syncing and sharing depend on Apple services, your Apple Account, iCloud settings, device settings, network connection, and Apple service availability. We cannot guarantee that Apple services will always be available or error-free.

If you share ListWise data with another user, that person may be able to view or change the shared information according to the permissions available through Apple’s sharing system and the design of the app.

Your responsibility for your data

You are responsible for the information you enter into ListWise and for deciding what to share with other users.

ListWise is intended for everyday personal and household list management. It should not be used as the only record for critical, medical, legal, financial, emergency, or safety-related information.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse ListWise, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass purchase or access controls, or use the app in a way that is unlawful or harmful to others.

Privacy

ListWise does not use advertising, does not track you across apps or websites, and does not sell your data. More information is available in the ListWise Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms
