About 50Cabbages.com
50Cabbages.com products are designed to help individuals, households, and small groups create, organise and maintain information. They are aimed at personal organisation.
Welcome period and unlock
50Cabbages.com products may include a 14-day Welcome period. During this period, you may use the app to evaluate whether it suits your needs.
After the Welcome period ends, a one-time payment may be required to unlock continued use of the app. Unlocking 50Cabbages.com gives access to the app as provided at the time of unlocking, subject to these terms.
Purchases, refunds, and StoreKit
Purchases are handled through Apple’s App Store and StoreKit systems. 50Cabbages.com does not process payment card details directly.
Refund requests and purchase-related account issues are handled according to Apple’s App Store policies and processes.
No guaranteed future updates
50Cabbages.com apps are provided on an “as is” basis. Unlocking the apps does not guarantee that future features, upgrades, compatibility changes, or ongoing updates will be provided.
We may choose to improve, update, modify, or remove features over time, but no specific future feature or update is promised by these terms.
iCloud, CloudKit, and StoreKit
50Cabbages.com apps may use Apple technologies such as iCloud, CloudKit and StoreKit to support syncing and collaboration between devices and invited users if featured in the app.
Syncing and sharing depend on Apple services, your Apple Account, iCloud settings, device settings, network connection, and Apple service availability. We cannot guarantee that Apple services will always be available or error-free.
If you share app data with another user, that person may be able to view or change the shared information according to the permissions available through Apple’s sharing system and the design of the app.
Your responsibility for your data
You are responsible for the information you enter into 50Cabbages.com products and for deciding what to share with other users.
50Cabbages.com products are intended for everyday personal and household management. They should not be used as the only record for critical, medical, legal, financial, emergency, or safety-related information.
Acceptable use
